1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging are intact

  • You received the wrong or a defective item

Note:
We do not accept returns on used, washed, or damaged products.


2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for defective or wrong items.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method or store credit.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


3. Exchange Policy

If the size or product isn’t right:

  • You can request an exchange for any available size/color.

  • Customer will bear the return shipping cost (unless the product was wrong or defective).

  • You will have to pay an extra 500 PKR for the exchange.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, processing starts and cancellation may not be possible.
